Life Force Photo Competition 

We would like to invite you to submit a photograph to use on our home page of our website, 25 photos will be selected that represent friendship, support, kindness, inclusiveness, connection, trust and transition. Your name will be credited to the photo, please say in a few words what you think Life Force Foundation is doing well, and that you agree to having your photograph used to promote Life Force Foundation.

We will ask you to tag or share with your friends because you want to share and support LFF, and may have friends who will take and enter with a great photograph.

The prize is the selection and photo credit.

Contest Rules.

• There is no purchase necessary.
• Contest begins on the 1/07/19 and finishes on 30/09/19
• The Winners will be selected and posted on the Life Force Foundation Facebook page. 
• Life Force Cancer Foundation is running the competition.
• Your prize if the selection of your photograph to be used by Life Force Cancer Foundation.
• The competition is not endorsed, sponsored or administered by Facebook, nor is Facebook associated with the contest. Facebook is released from any responsibility to entrants or participants.
• Expanding on the rule above, Facebook expressly prohibits contests from requiring “consideration” to enter.

Consideration, legally speaking, means having to exchange something of value for your entry. It is important to realise that, in some places, a person’s identifying information, such as a name, address and phone number, are legally consideration. Make sure that you understand the laws of the location where your contest will be available.

We’ve all seen Facebook contests where you must share a post in order to win. What many will be surprised to learn is that these sorts of contests are expressly prohibited by Facebook’s rules. Facebook does not allow you to require actions on its platform in exchange for entries. LFF will not ask for likes or shares on Facebook as a means of entering. 

LFF will not require that people tag friends in order to enter. We will ask you to tag or share with your friends because you want to share and support LFF, and may have friends who will take and enter with a great photograph.

By entering this competition you agree to have your photo used, yourself credited and your name released should you win.
